Private Coaching

Since it is nearly impossible to schedule someone else after a coaching session is cancelled with very little notice, you must provide 48 hour notice if you wish to receive a full refund or credit for your missed appointment.  If missing sessions becomes a pattern then I’d rather revaluate our work together than repeatedly charge for unattended sessions.  I also reserve the right to cancel an appointment without notice due to safety concerns or the weather.  If this happens, or you can’t make it because of the weather, we agree to talk at the same time and same rate over the phone instead, if at all possible. 

Extended Healing Sessions

Guided Journey & Healing Sessions require 2 weeks notice to receive a full refund or credit for canceling an experience.  

Community Conscious Cannabis Experiences and Community Breathwork Events

48 Hour Cancellation Policy.  Pre-registration is required to ensure attendance.  The total cost of the Event is provided in the registration information for the specific Event or invoice for individual Event and is due in full when registering. Payment can be made with cash, credit cards or by check to "Medicinal Mindfulness Events LLC" or "MM Events". "MM Events" will appear on your credit card statement. Payments are non-refundable unless 48 hours notice before an Event is given by emailing events@medicinalmindfulness.org. MME and the Facilitator(s) reserve the right to terminate any individual's participation in any Event based on violation of this Agreement, disruptive or inappropriate behavior, or any safety concerns which may arise. No refunds of previous payments will be made upon such termination.

Interview Sessions and Applications

Full refund can be requested at anytime for applications and interviews.  48 Hr Cancellation Policy if interview session has been scheduled for full refund.

Training Retreats

Due to limited space and the small class sizes, you are reserving your spot even if you don’t show up. Refunds are only issued in extenuating circumstances.  With written email notice of one month to first day of class, the full tuition or deposit can be transferred to credit for other training dates or MM services.  With 2 weeks notice, half of the tuition is transferred, and the other half is used to cover the cost of an empty position.  With less than two weeks notice, the full tuition is abdicated by the trainee.  Before paying the first half of the tuition deposit, please confirm that the dates work on your end.  The initial $100 deposit can be used for any training of the program.
